Blue Bay Curaçao Golf & Beach Resort

Beautiful resort, excellent location, very welcoming and friendly staff. The apartment was brand new, came with all amenities, fluffy beds, daily housekeeping and it's own infinity pool. Blue Beach is a wonderful place, one of those amazing spots in Curaçao. Added value: restaurant and beach bar Brass Boer.

We stayed at Blue Bay gardens, and we had the best time ever! The apartment had everything we needed to cook and clean fresh beach and bath towels daily. We felt very safe with our baby. The apartment has a/c only in the bedrooms, but it was comfortable and breezy in the living room. Each villa is equipped with mosquito traps. We didn’t see any mosquitos - we sat comfortably on the balcony, enjoyed the pool during the evenings and had dinners on the beach. The entire resort was incredible! The beach was clean and beautiful. There are four different types of restaurants for the entire family. There are also other activities such as tennis, golf etc. We looked forward to going to dinners on the beach every night. The weather was super breezy at Blue Bay than other areas we visited. We loved our entire time there and can’t wait to be back!

Review of Coral and Coco Vacation Rental Company: A Nightmare Experience I wish I could give Coral and Coco zero stars. Our experience with this vacation rental company was nothing short of a nightmare from the moment we checked in. Upon arrival at their condo, we were horrified to find ants and cockroaches crawling around. When we reported ants, they gave us a bottle of pesticide with a foreign label and told us to “spray it and leave for a while.” We were uncomfortable using such toxic chemicals, especially in an unventilated space, but they insisted it was fine, saying, "We've done this before." When we later mentioned the roaches, their lack of surprise made it clear they deal with these complaints often. It was disgusting and absolutely unacceptable for what was supposed to be a relaxing vacation. The customer service we received was abysmal right from the start. Instead of offering a full refund or a proper resolution, they only gave us the option to move to another unit within the same property. Do they not realize that if one unit is infested, the rest of the building likely is too? This was a completely useless solution. When we pressed for a refund, Coral and Coco seemed to try everything to avoid giving us our money back. Their next "solution" was to move us to a different property they managed, but this place was cheaper and didn't even compare to the condo we originally rented. It lacked the same accommodations, and frankly, it felt like they were trying to pass off an inferior property just to make us go away. In the end, they only offered to refund 50% of the accommodations cost—excluding taxes, fees, and other charges—so we wouldn’t even get back what we paid! Faced with losing even more money, we reluctantly agreed to move to another property that was at least somewhat close to what we originally booked. But, of course, this property had no parking for our rental car, adding another layer of inconvenience to an already awful situation. To make matters worse, after we finally agreed to take the alternative property, they informed us that we had taken too long to decide and would have to wait until the next day because housekeeping was already finished for the day. Really? We were waiting to hear back about the refund and were never informed that there was a time frame to make our decision. This felt like just another tactic to make our experience as miserable as possible. In the end, we just asked for the 50% refund and took the loss rather than continue dealing with this horrible company. I strongly advise anyone considering Coral and Coco to stay far, far away. They manage many vacation rental properties in Curacao so look out for their name. They have listings on many travel booking sites. They are very tricky. The lack of cleanliness, poor accommodations, and terrible customer service made this one of the worst vacation experiences we've ever had. Save yourself the headache and book somewhere else.

Our dream definitly came true at The Ridge: luxury apartments with seperate private infinity pools and direct access to the natural private Blue Bay Beach. The service of Blue Bay was outstanding and they helped us with everything we needed, just like in a hotel. The private infinity pool, the peace, the sound of the ocean, the amazing designs, the large rooms with a walk-in closet. All of this made our stay priceless. We would highly recommend to book your stay at The Ridge, when staying at Blue Bay for an unforgettable experience.

Cute placeeee to eat and delicious pizza! I have tried the margarita pizza before and it was amazing ! I have heard about the prosciutto crudo today and i had to try it. Would definitely come here again to try more of their pizza!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was not happy with my accommodations. The unit is on the end near the street, and I was unable to sleep due to the noises. One of the doors to the patio was broken, and there was several geckos in the unit. The battery in the TV remont was weak. Also, there is no air conditioner in the living area. Therefore, it stays very hot. I tried to turn the air conditioner up and open the doors to the bedrooms, but the air conditioners would not allow me to increase to temperature. I paid a lot of money to stay at the resort, and this is unacceptable. I was not happy with my stay and will never stay at this resort again. After I made my complaints they moved me to another villa that was older than the first villa. Once again the beds were hard and very uncomfortable and the Livingroom area was ver hot making it unbearable to sit in and watch TV. The wifi didn't work and I was unable to get my work done.

My rating would be higher however ongoing construction/building work around the Blue Bay Estate does not make it relaxing stay. Building work is also ongoing around the golf course. Work is ongoing in multiple areas and Blue Bay does not make aware of it during booking. Apartmentes are spacious and well equipped, good AC and sufficient parking. Small pool nearby. It is a gated estate, easy to ger from airport and close to multiple attractions. Golf course was OK - bunkers were lacking sand and as noted earlier constrution work around a few holes did not make it relaxing experience. We were due to get resort credit but have never "received" it until we reminded the staff on the last day... even then the restaurant staff was unsure what it was and we had to speak to the reception again to be able to use it.

The property, beach and villa were amazing. The breakfast was delicious and the service was excellent. My only issue was the lack of communication from the resort before arriving. We reached out to the front desk and the golf shop via email and phone. We only were able to communicate with the golf shop via phone and the prices quoted over the phone and posted on the website were different at the resort…When we brought up the issue to management they simply said the “the price is the price” …that is my only complaint, we would have been better prepared with our golf clubs if the prices were quoted correctly. I do not feel it was handled properly being that we were staying on property.

We booked a short stay at Blue Bay in The Ridge accommodations. From check in to check out we had a lovely stay and resrt staff we are always friendly and cordial. Our booking came with a beach pass and a friend recommended we should rent a golf cart to get around, this was great! The apartment was brand new with top notch appliances and the beds were very comfortable. Our very own private infinity pool was the best feature and we spent most of our time lounging and sunning. I am a scuba diver and the reefs on Blue Bay are some of the best that Curaçao has to offer! The dive shop and staff are very helpful and they were able to provide a dive computer as I left mine at home. (To rent of course) One small issue was that we did prepare most of our meals in the apartment and there was nothing (soap or sponge) we could use to clean up after ourselves, but our trip to the nearby grocery store remedied that. I highly recommend you make your next stay in Curacao at The Ridge in Bluebay Resort, we will be back for sure!
